Falcon Studio docs

In Falcon Studio, everyone who knows a business shapes the same AI agents and workflows, and the agents pass work to each other.

You shape each agent in plain words. Several people can work on the same agent, and nothing reaches customers until someone makes a version Live.

Agents run on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, in Falcon’s AWS account or your own. Everything you can do in Studio is also available to AI assistants over MCP.

Falcon Studio is in a private pilot. Some features are live, some are being tried with pilot companies, and some are still to come. Each page says which.

Getting started

  1. Sign in and set up your workspace

    Sign in with a code sent to your email. The first administrator claims the workspace and chooses how people sign in.

  2. Invite your team

    Invite the people who will build and look after agents, and give each a role.

  3. Build your first agent

    Start from a starter or a description. Write its instructions, then add knowledge and tools.

  4. Add the people and places it speaks as

    Add an identity for each person or place the agent acts for, with their details and hours.

  5. Connect your apps and channels

    Connect the apps, mailboxes and numbers the agent needs, and choose where customers can reach it.

  6. Test it, make it Live, and add a workflow

    Talk to the draft, make a version Live, then start it from the events that matter to you.
