# Reports

Counts and costs for agents and workflows, never what people said.

Reports show how much agents and workflows are used and what they cost. They show counts and money, not the words of conversations.

You can export any report, or have it sent on a schedule.

### Agent reports

How much each agent is used, across the company or for one agent.

### Cost reports

What the company spent on models and services, by agent, workflow and day.

### Export or schedule a report

Download a report as a file, or have it sent on a schedule.

- Export a report
- Schedule a report, change the schedule or cancel it

### How closely each agent is watched

Choose, for each agent, how much detail Falcon keeps about its work.
